Vintage navy blue fascinator with ruffle detailing around the brim.
Fascinator is made from 100% wool and has two ornate abstract bow details in the back.
One of the bows is held on with a pin which is hidden . There is some dirt marks on the inner brim of the hat as well.
In otherwise very good vintage condition and is a perfect collectors item.
MEASUREMENTS:
Length: 8.5" (21.5cm)
Length with bows: 11.5" (29.5cm)
Width: 6.5" (17 cm)
Height: 2" (5cm)
