Fascinator features a brim of white roses and other cloth flowers.
The veil is NOT in good condition and is significantly frayed. ( I would take it off but decided to leave it for the buyer to decide how they'd like to proceed)
In otherwise very good vintage condition and is a perfect collectors item.
